In this video I show you how to create your own body cream without packaging, with natural materials and ingredients that you have at home or are very easy to get. NECESSARY MATERIALS: -Moulds. They can be made of silicone or even recycle a pot they have at home. RECIPE 1: Very easy for beginners and those who do not have the materials: -49.5 grams or 10 tablespoons of coconut oil (It has to be with this oil yes or yes, it is the only one that takes solid form above 25 degrees) . -10 drops of essential oil This should be kept in the fridge if you are in hot weather so it doesn’t melt. If they are at a temperature below 23 degrees it remains perfectly solid. RECIPE 2: For those who are already more involved in the field and have the materials: -15 grs or 3 tablespoons of VEGETABLE/VEHICLE OIL COCONUT, ALMONDS, SUNFLOWER (ORGANIC). -9 grs 2 tablespoons CREAMY VEGETABLE BUTTER (Cocoa or similar texture). -6 grs 1 tablespoon VEGETABLE WAX (Carnauba or Bees). -6 drops OPTIONAL ESSENTIAL OIL: 1 TO 2% NATURAL ANTIOXIDANT (EXAMPLE FOR 50 GRMS 2% = 1 GR.) In BRAZIL ROSEMARY RESIN is used and in Argentina VITAMIN E or TOCOPHEROL. But if you don’t put it, nothing happens, it keeps very well for at least 6 months as long as it is kept protected from sunlight and excessive heat. To calculate the essential oil we make a simple rule of three: We know that 1gr is equivalent to 20 drops. So for a cream of 30 grams it will give us that 1% is 0.3 grams if we multiply that by 20, we get 6 drops! This way you can adapt it to different quantities. HOW TO USE: We rub on clean and dry skin, with the same body heat it will melt. WHERE DO YOU GET THE INGREDIENTS? -Coconut or sweet almond oil, just like essential oils in dietetics and pharmacies. -Beeswax you can get at a beekeeper friend or consult who sells you honey. The rest of the ingredients such as butter or Carnauba or Candelilla wax in stores that sell chemical products, in Mercadolibre there are several good options. www./courses
