In an attempt to find and spread inspiration, I will try to publish at least once a month a gallery of photos that motivate us and from which we can all learn something.
Today I would like to share with you here on the blog a small photographic selection of my own harvest. They are photographs from December of last year that portray the Eiffel Tower and the Arch of Triumph.
Two things to keep in mind: All these photos were taken without using a tripod. I would have liked to have used it but I admit that for trips I am a bit lazy and very undisciplined when it comes to carrying a tripod with me. Even so, I was relatively able to take decent photos at night without much noticeable movement (if you are interested: tips to avoid blurry photos).
Second thing: None of these photos have been retouched. Not a single touch up. I took the photos in RAW format, I have already told you thousands of times about this format and the benefits it brings. Once at home I transferred the photos to the computer and processed them with Adobe Camera RAW to convert them from the RAW format to the JPG format. During processing, since it was a RAW, I had complete freedom to raise tones, increase saturation levels, modify white balance, play with exposure, etc. It is, therefore, yet another proof of the advantages of taking RAW photos.
Tell me which one you like the most.
