If you get tired of always seeing the same summer images, I challenge you to generate your own summer images, some different, fresh and original ones. You sign up?
How does it work? (Reminder)
Every week I will propose a new challenge, it is a topic that you will have to capture in a photograph and upload it to the Facebook page of the blog, putting in the description the keyword that I will indicate for each topic. The themes will be varied, from portraits to Macro photography, through landscapes, black and white photography, or babies. Topics will be proposed Fridayso that you have all the Weekend to work them. You will have one week to upload your photograph (one photo per participant), until Thursday of the following week. On Thursday I will update the article with the photo that has captivated me the most and on Friday I will propose a new topic so that you have the whole weekend to capture your images, and so on…
Weekly Challenge 168: Different Summer (from 07/22/2016 to 07/28/2016)
Not all summers are the same, for the same reason summer photos should not be, right? For this reason, on the blog, we recently told you 13 Ways to Portray a Different Summer. Today I challenge you to put them into practice, to create original and different summer photos. That is the challenge. Of course without forgetting the basic requirements of a decent photo, eh? That this is a photography blog so you can’t forget to take care of lighting, focus and, of course, composition.
And now… to practice! That summer is not over yet but the deadline for the challenge is 😉
As usual, to participate in this week’s challenge upload your photo to the Facebook wall from the Photographer’s Blog: In the description of the photo please mention the keyword “Different Summer Challenge” followed by a title of your choice.
Alternative Means to Participate
Lwhat If you are not from Facebook, you have the following social networks to participate.
Twitter: uploading the photo directly to Twitter with the hashtag #ChallengeSummerDifferentBdF

And among the different “summers” that you have sent, this week I prefer “Sunset in Campos de Castilla”, by Francisco Javier García Valle. An image that corresponds completely to summer without falling into the cliché of sand and water. With the predominant yellow color that transmits sensations of vitality, joy, very typical of this season, and with the co-starring sun, it has the ingredients to be a summer photo. The warm light of the sunset helps to awaken very positive feelings and the fact of having taken advantage of the sunset to shoot against the light, has made it possible to draw the profile of the flowers, highlighting the transparency of their edges. Very nice blur, an interesting composition and, above all, a very successful perspective that makes the image more attractive. It is one of those photographs that you do not get tired of looking at, that relax you, that catch you, that take you to the place and that you could have in your workplace to escape and return to the days of childhood (or adults) in which that summer evenings are synonymous with happiness. Congratulations Francis Xavier!
