Tiny Happy Homes | Bioguide

If you still believed that luxurious places must necessarily have large dimensions, this house that defies all conceptions of design will make you think otherwise. Practicality and style are perfectly combined in a tiny home that you could also take wherever you want.

Built from a trailer, these small homes were designed by American builder Joe Everson, who has more than 15 years of experience building designer homes. He and his wife created Tennessee Tiny Homes and Tiny Happy Homes, the construction companies where you can find these tiny houses that will change your concept of space.

They have a metal roof and natural wood laminate floors. In addition, despite its small dimensions, it has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room; for an approximate cost of US$ 22,500.

Everything inside is designed to make the most of small spaces in the most practical way possible. That is why the sides have shelves, the television is mounted on the wall and the sofa becomes a comfortable bed to receive visitors.

The door is, in turn, a window to allow, together with the other openings, the entry of natural light, and the ventilation of the environment.

A side shelf allows you to create a separation between the living room and the kitchen, generating, at the same time, a space to organize books and other household objects.

A staircase allows access to a loft, where the main bed is located, creating a space separated from the rest of the home, where you can rest comfortably.

The secret to this one, as to most small kitchens, is organization. Shelves, pantries and magnets to organize knives are some ideas to achieve a practical space that does not overload the visual, leaving all the utensils in sight.
