In Superhistory we already gave you all the details regarding the First World War so that you could do a good school job, and although we continue talking about what are history school projects according to each course, we now have to talk to you about the one that was Second World War.
Points to touch on in our work on World War II:

What was World War II about?
- In the same way that the topic on Imperialism and the First World War was very extensive and we recommend you to make a summary before starting to write a work about it; the second world war is also a topic that has so many events that we will need to have a clear idea of what it was and what exactly it consisted of.
- That is why I recommend that you prepare a summary in which we can locate what was the situation of Germany and Europe in the 1930s (and previous years) and how they affected events such as the current crisis or the fact that the Nazi doctrine ended up expanding, causing Hitler could get power.
Work on World War II:
Once the summary that I have mentioned is done, it is good that from this we draw, on a cardboard, or on cards or on a sheet, a schematic map and that will be perhaps the best way to do a good job with regard to the Second World War and where we can explain in detail events such as:
- The Second World War was the largest and bloodiest armed conflict in world history, in which the Allied Powers and the Axis Powers faced each other, between 1939 and 1945, on 4 war fronts (Eastern, Western, Pacific and Mediterranean) .
- Armed forces from more than seventy countries from all continents participated in air, sea and land combat. As a result of the war, around 2% of the world’s population died at the time (about 60 million people), mostly civilians, despite the fact that there are more pessimistic versions that say approximately 70 million people died, (61,000 ,000 from the allies and 12,000,000 from the axis).
- As a world conflict it began on September 1, 1939 (although some historians argue that it was declared on its Asian front on July 7, 1937) to officially end on September 2, 1945.
- Allied countries and neutral countries.
- the british resistance
- The French resistance and the fall of Paris.
- These concepts have been clearly developed in your scheme, but we also have to talk about many others such as the battle of Stalingrad, the arrival of the Americans at Pearl Harbor and also develop social concepts such as the slaughter of the Jews by the Nazis .
Other ideas for World War II work:
- Apart from the schematic map in which to summarize everything that happened in the Second World War, your work may have developed, for example, how the German invasion of Europe was and for this you can help each other geographic and political maps.
- On the other hand, whatever photos or positive days that you can find on Google will help you illustrate your work much better.
