The 7 most beautiful forests in the world

A third of the surface of our planet is covered with forests, and they play a fundamental role for life. Both people and all living beings need them, because without them our life would not be possible.

However, although they are the main source of water and oxygen on the planet, and are essential for biodiversity; Human beings, instead of taking care of them, we destroy them, either to use the wood, to replace them with more “profitable” crops or to raise cattle on those lands.

March 21 is the International Day of Forests, declared by the United Nations; and it becomes an occasion to remember its importance.

These images remind us how beautiful, impressive and curious that forests can be. Share them to raise awareness on this day of the wonders that exist on our planet and that we all must take care of!
