The Club of the 27 has become the way in which a series of musicians who died at the age of 27 are known and who without any explanation are adding members from time to time.

- Janis Joplin: One of the most important singers in the history of music. She was characterized by her almost broken voice and her rebellious spirit. He died on October 4, 1970 due to an overdose.
- Jim Morrison: Vocalist of The Doors and a true rock and cultural icon, dies on July 3, 1971, in Paris and heart failure although the reasons have never been clarified.
- Kurt Cobain: Singer of Nirvana and a symbol of the grunge movement. He dies on April 5, 1994 as a result of shooting himself.
These are all the “icons” that represent the so-called as The 27 Club and that undoubtedly mark the history of music and indeed that of culture. All of them live in the memory of those who lived through the 60s and 70s, but also their influence on music, rock, today is more than evident.
