The 10 Ho’oponopono phrases that help solve problems

Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian problem-solving art based on the belief that everything in our lives is a thought, a working program, and a memory that can be dropped, erased, and cleaned.

Ho’oponopono means “amend, correct a mistake.” Its main tools are forgiveness and reconciliation. It is a very simple method to change the thoughts that can limit us, since we are responsible for our actions and those of others, and therefore to change a reality we must change ourselves.

Ho’oponopono is a system of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing practiced for 5,000 years by native Hawaiians.

In ancient times, the practice was always in groups and was guided by the shaman of the tribe. In this way, when they needed to solve problems between them, they met, applied the phrases that this technique implies and solved their disputes, without violence, discussions or wars. This is how it worked for thousands of years.

Today it came to our scope simplified and adapted for your application individually. The credit for this update goes to Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, who was also responsible for disseminating it to colleges and universities and presenting it to the World Health Organization.

How does it work?

The foundation of ho’oponopono is based on the fact that human beings systematically repeat toxic thoughts, mental patterns and negative emotions that come from our ancestors, past lives and everything that is acquired in early childhood experiences and in the subsequent development of our life. This information must be erased, so that we can truly be ourselves.
