1. Bruges, Belgium
Bruges, the city that travelers fall in love with in Belgium, is one of the most popular destinations in Europe. While you can spend a couple of days in Bruges without getting bored, it is one of the best one-day getaways.

2. Ljubljana, Slovenia
It is not only one of the cheapest cities in Europe, but also perfect to visit in one day. All its attractions, such as the triple bridge, the shoemakers’ bridge and the dragon bridge, are in the center of the city. The farthest point is its castle, but it can be accessed by tram. Although it is a city where I would recommend spending at least 3 days, due to its proximity to the airport it can even be seen during a stopover.

4. Zagreb, Croatia
With so many spectacular beaches in Croatia, the country’s capital, Zagreb, is a city that many travelers overlook. However, this city has a lot of charm and very good prices. 5. Verona, Italy
The romantic city of Romeo and Juliet, located in northern Italy, is totally accessible in one day. It is a city to walk around and enjoy calmly. Its main points of interest are in the historic center and are the Arena of Verona, Piazza delle Erbe and the Lamberti tower. 6. Toledo, Spain
Located about 45 minutes from Madrid, this city becomes a perfect day trip for those visiting the Spanish capital. Among its main attractions are the Cathedral of Santa María de Toledo, the Alcázar of Toledo and the Puente de San Martín. But the unmissable place is the Mirador del Valle, from where you have the best views of the walled city.
7. Malmo, Sweden
A Swedish city that attracts the attention of travelers looking for a route between Denmark and Sweden, since it is a connection point between their capitals. It is not a city that is characterized by having so many places of interest, but it is a place to get lost among its parks, streets and squares calmly to enjoy the city. 8. Rome, Italy

9. Seville, Spain

10. Venice, Italy
The famous Italian city is perfect to visit in one day and without having to use public transportation. A tour of this group of islands can begin and end at the Venice Santa Lucía train station (not to be confused with Venice Mestre, which is the previous station). From this point you can walk towards the Ponte di Rialto, continue towards the famous St. Mark’s Square, cross the Canal Grande to see places such as Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute or the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
