Step by step: how to make vegan chocolate mousse

Those who believe that the basis of good confectionery is eggs, butter or milk chocolate, could not be more wrong. The vegan diet offers us many equally delicious alternatives, but healthier and free of animal products.

Here we share a recipe for you to enjoy an exquisite vegan chocolate mousse. Also known simply as foam, this dessert of French origin is prepared with egg whites or heavy cream. Although none of that is used in this version, a smooth texture is still achieved.

The recipe is from Maia Del Basso, from Che Vegano, a platform that seeks to spread veganism in a simple and positive way. It also promotes healthy and responsible consumption habits through different tools: its website with a recipe blog, cooking classes and workshops, weekend retreats in different parts of the country, dissemination campaigns, and its Natural Festival.
