Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have explained the Russian invasion of Ukraine to their children, taking a unique approach.

“Mila and Ashton have established a kindness club for their children”a source told Us Weekly of the That ’70s Show actors’ daughter Wyatt, 7, and their son, Dimitri, 5. “Wyatt and Dimitri know that something is wrong in Ukraine and that people and children are suffering. They’ve heard that from their parents and want to help.”

Wyatt is said to have “more understanding” of the riots and the little girl has offered to “donate books and clothing” to the victims. Both children are also commented to be loving and affectionate due to the way they are being raised.

Mila Kunis, 38, was born in the Ukraine and moved to the United States at the age of eight. Ashton Kutcher, 44, supported his home country in a Twitter message last month amid unrest.

“Support Ukraine”

The couple then launched a GoFundMe to try to raise $30 million to help Ukrainian refugees. “While we are witnessing the bravery of Ukrainians, we are also witnessing the unimaginable burden of those who have chosen safety,” Ashton expressed on Instagram. “Through GoFundMe, this fundraiser will have an immediate impact on refugee and humanitarian relief efforts.”

The Ukrainian nationalized American actress on March 3 said:

“I was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, in 1983. I came to the United States in 1991 and have always considered myself an American. A proud American. I love everything this country has done for me and my family. But today, I have never been more proud to be Ukrainian.”

Ashton Kutcher, an American actor, producer and former model, called the invasion of Russia “devastating”, adding: “There is no place in this world for this kind of unfair attack against humanity”and said that “I have never been more proud to be married to a Ukrainian.”

The couple married in July 2015 in California, nine months after Wyatt’s birth in October 2014. They then welcomed Dimitri in November 2016.
