Meaning:

“Nam” comes from the Sanskrit namas and means “to dedicate or consecrate life”.

“Myo” can be translated as “mystical” or “wonderful”

“Ho” means “law.”

“Renge” means “lotus flower”.

“Kyo” means “sutra”

It is suggested to first try recitation for short periods.
