I bring you a new topic so you can go get your camera and practice your favorite hobby: photography.
Our Photo Challenge aims to encourage you to practice photography, provoke you every week to spend some time with your camera and let your creativity fly while you practice and learn.
How Photoreto works
The concept of Fotoreto is very simple: every Friday I will propose a new photographic theme. Sometimes I will show you an example photo to inspire you, other times I will simply give you a hint or trick that you can apply when doing the Photo Challenge.
On each occasion you will have 7 days to participate in the Photochallenge of the week in question, until the following Thursday. upload as many photos as you wish to your favorite social network (Instagram or Facebook) without forgetting the hashtag or the label corresponding to the Photoreto in question along with the mention of @blogfotografo. this week will be #photoreto120. You can participate with photos new or label ancient.
Each week we will select a winning image. The author of the photo will have free access to the Photography Masterclass of their choice.
When you participate in the Photochallenge, we understand that you allow Photographer’s Blog to publish your photograph. In no case do you transfer your copyright to us. The author of the image and who maintains the exclusivity of copyright remains you.
Theme of the week: Dance (09/24/21-09/30/21)
The dance is the central theme. How you photograph it depends on your needs as an artist or what you feel like practicing. You can focus on the story by prioritizing narrative, use color to convey emotion, capture a heart-stopping composition, or experiment with your favorite photographic techniques to create impact. It depends on you. What do you want to play?
Add the hashtag #fotoreto120, the mention @blogfotografo and don’t forget to give your photos a title. One of our Masterclasses can be yours, what are you waiting for?!
UPDATE
When two arts are added, they give rise to photographs as beautiful as the ones you have given us for this #fotoreto120. You can see the pictures on Instagram and Facebook.
That said, the photograph we are highlighting today belongs to @mat_tellsan.
There are times when the edition adds up and, without a doubt, in this photograph it has been like that. Although we would have liked the dancer’s body to have a little more clarity, even so, the composition, the posture, and the treatment of black and white in this beautiful image, make it stand up perfectly.
If we add to this the editing that has been done in the form of voluptuous waves around the dancer, or the black background that makes the silhouette stand out even more, this is a round image and very well thought out.
With the photo challenge we are not looking for perfection, but history and emotion and, when we have seen this image, it has undoubtedly conveyed the sensation of dance, magic, and elegance that classical dancers are capable of transmitting. Congratulations Matt!
If you’ve been wanting to participate, don’t worry, because tomorrow we’ll propose a new topic to practice throughout the week with a topic available to everyone 😉 Don’t miss it!
