Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips

As some say, peanut butter and chocolate go together excellently. There is another option for these baked cookies, but this raw version is highly recommended, healthy and delicious. They are also very simple to prepare, and it is a good option for children to experiment with cooking.

Ingredients:– 1 cup dates– 1/2 cup of almonds– 1/2 cup of peanut butter– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence– 1/2 cup of chocolate to melt– A pinch of salt

Elaboration:1- In the food processor, blend the dates and almonds while slowly adding the peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Process until a dough forms.2- Divide the dough into 16 equal parts, form small balls, and press the center of each ball with your thumb.

Refrigerate while you prepare the chocolate. 3- Using a spoon or pastry bag, evenly distribute the chocolate on each thumbprint. Chill for about 15 minutes and serve. They will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
