Since when is Tortilla Day celebrated?

Tortilla Day is an old holiday. Although it is true that it does not have a fixed start date either, just as, as we have seen, each place sets its own day of celebration and even customs, although tortillas are eaten in all of them as could not be otherwise.

To know the start date of this tradition, you have to go to the specific place. We know the meaning of this festivity but, for example, in Fuenlabradais celebrated from the fifteenth century, on March 9. This day takes place pilgrimage of Santa Juana.
