– A world famine: “After a big problem for humanity, a bigger one is prepared. The Great Engine renews the ages. Rain, blood, milk, hunger, steel and plague.
In this prophecy of Nostradamus it is interpreted that the “big problem for humanity” is the coronavirus. The Great Engine is a country that changes generation and there is a dramatic food shortage, or economic crisis.
– A great nation suffers death and decline: “Few young: half dead to begin with. Fathers and mothers dead of infinite pain. Women in mourning, the pestilential monster. The Great One will no longer be, the whole world will end.”
The prophecy announces that the few young people, and the dead fathers and mothers, are due to a disease that attacks older people (COVID). The phrase “The Great One will no longer be” alludes to a powerful country that will cease to be.
– A technological war: “The new ones will lead the army. Almost isolated until near the shore. Help from the Milanese elite that strives. The Duke deprived of his eyes in Milan in an iron cage ”.
The expression “the new” seems to refer to a new type of military command. That command has an “elite”, where one of the leaders directs “private of his eyes”. Possible description of wars with current drones and cameras.
– Deterioration of the terrestrial climate: “For 40 years the rainbow will not be seen; for 40 years it will be seen every day; dry land will become more arid; and there will be great floods wherever they are seen.”
It is said that in 2022 this period of four decades will begin. The land will become dry, with great floods in other territories. Everything seems to indicate that, after the coronavirus crisis, other dramatic circumstances arrive.
