Ingredients

-1 pineapple
-1 cup of coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)

Preparation

1. Cut the pineapple and put it in the freezer overnight.
2. Place the frozen pineapple chunks along with the coconut milk in a food processor or blender.

3. Mix until the consistency becomes creamy.
4. Place in glass containers and serve immediately.
