How to unblock your throat to say what you want at once and without fear

As children, speaking was an apprenticeship. Word for word, sound for sound, each letter was worth a great reward. But when we become adults, saying takes on another meaning. There are times when we remain silent and cannot explain why; there are others that say something anguishes us, it scares us, it costs us horrors!

This can happen to us for many reasons: fears, lack of security, shame, etc, etc. But the truth is that if this situation is prolonged over time, it can even generate physical symptoms. It is not by chance that in such cases sore throats, dental discomfort, contractures, hoarseness, and others appear.

If you still did not know, our body is pure energy, and it is run through different vortices that are related to different functions and regions of the body. These vortices are called “chakras”.

The fifth chakra, called Vishuddha, is the one located at the level of the throat. It is considered the first of the spiritual chakras, and is related to our inner voice, with creative capacity, the possibility of expressing ourselves, and the search for truth. Therefore, if there is something that is blocking your ability to say, it may be blocking your throat chakra.

The throat chakra is ruled by the color blue, and its element is ether. On a physical level, it is related to the thyroid gland, teeth, arms, lungs and the respiratory system in general. It is the center of language and the ability to communicate. It represents the power of the word.

If it is closed you can perceive: problems or difficulty expressing yourself clearly, low self-esteem, dishonesty, fear or anxiety, frequent throat infections, thyroid problems, among others.
