The skin is the largest organ of our body and the one that, many times, is most exposed. There are some areas, such as the ankles or the elbows, that often go unnoticed and dry out due to lack of moisture. The buttocks are a part where the skin can also be more delicate and needs special care so that it does not lose its tone.
Without a doubt, the best ally when it comes to toning the buttocks is exercise, but you can also help make the skin in this area more elastic through a natural mask that you can make at home.
Ingredients
• A kiwi
• A handful of strawberries
• A tablespoon of olive oil
1. Process the cut strawberries together with the kiwi until they are integrated with each other. Add the olive oil and mix well.
2. Apply the mask on your buttocks. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.
Repeat this at least two or three times a week.
Other tips to tone your buttocks
- Do simple, localized exercises at home. You can perform lunges, climb stairs, squats, leg stretches or the bridge, as you can see in the photograph. If you maintain this last position and raise and then lower your buttocks. You will be helping to strengthen the muscles.
- Eat a healthy diet that contains protein foods, such as lentils, eggs or dairy. And drink at least two liters of water per day.
