This dried fruit is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which is why it is an excellent protector against cardiovascular diseases. In addition, it provides proteins, vitamins E and B, and minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc and iron.

The recipe is from Maia Del Basso, from Che Vegano, a platform that seeks to spread veganism in a simple and positive way. It also promotes healthy and responsible consumption habits through different tools: its website with a recipe blog, cooking classes and workshops, weekend retreats in different parts of the country, dissemination campaigns and its Natural Festival.
