– 1 rectangular wooden base
– 2 pieces of wood that exceed the height of your dog to build the sides of the feeder
– 1 wooden bar, or 1 plastic or metal tube that you want to reuse
– 3 empty bottles
– Some dog food
Process
1. Assemble a frame with the 3 pieces of wood. Guide yourself through the photographs and also keep in mind what will be the best size and ideal shape for your pet. The important thing is that the structure stands firm on the base.
2. Make the necessary holes in the side supports to fit the upper bar or tube, but do not place it yet.
3. Make 2 parallel holes in the bottles of the diameter of the tube, about 5 centimeters from the opening.
4. Pass the tube through the bottles and then insert it into the support you made.
5. Fill the bottles with some balanced food or other food, so that your dog sees it and wants to play with the bottles.
Keep in mind that turning the bottles over to release the food is more difficult than it seems, as they are held upside down by their own weight. Therefore, this should not be your pet’s main feeder, but a great option to keep them entertained for a long time.
