There are many reasons that cause hardness in our feet, most of them are related to the way we treat them every day. Whether it’s wearing tight shoes, having sweaty feet, or spending too many hours on your feet, our routine can have a huge impact on our feet. Not only could this cause unsightly calluses, but it could also cause pain and discomfort in our walk. It is good to be able to take action in time knowing that there are many natural products that can help us combat dry feet. They are the basis of our position and that is why we have to give them the attention they need. Here are some recommendations: 1) Don’t wear tight shoes. Make sure you wear the appropriate size and that they are comfortable. Better, choose shoes made of soft, flexible materials that allow the skin to breathe. In the case of women, it is better to opt for low heels. 2) In case you already have calluses, use some type of temporary pain relief pad that may be causing it. 3) When you take a bath, dry your feet well, especially between the toes. Then you can file the hardness with a pumice stone and finish applying moisturizer in those same parts, so that the area does not remain dry.
You can also try the following homemade recipes:
1) The chamomile helps to calm the pain and reduce inflammation of the feet. Prepare a liter of infusion, put it in a basin and submerge your feet for a minimum of 5 minutes. 2) Shred 5 or 6 aspirin and mix them with a tablespoon of water and lemon juice. Place the resulting paste on the hard skin and wrap your feet in a hot towel for 10 minutes. Then file those same parts gently with the pumice. The pumice stone is a fundamental piece to have on hand if you have calluses or hard skin. 3) Another ally can be the Apple vinager. You will need 100 ml of vinegar to mix in a liter of warm water along with two crushed garlic. You can dip your feet in the mixture or apply it directly to the hard skin. 4) Crush a clove Garlic and mix it with olive oil about hardness. Cover it with a bandage or gauze, thus making the callus soften and thus disappear. 5) Apply daily a little natural pineapple juice on the hardness, leaving it to act for several minutes. You will see how the calluses soften until they disappear. 6) Prepare a mixture with a tablespoon of honey, one of castor oil and a few drops of lemon. You should mix well to create a homogeneous paste and apply it directly to your feet, emphasizing the drier or harsh areas. Let it act for about 15 minutes and then wash your feet with cold water to remove everything. It is best to repeat the operation twice a week to see results. If your foot problem is serious, the most effective solution is to go to the chiropodist. A professional capable of dealing with these types of problems will always provide an expert look at your problem. Always consult your doctor with any health concerns.
