Materials
– Pallets (c/n)

Process
1. Get your pallets. Make sure your wood is in good condition. Take them apart, remove the nails and sand each wooden board.
2. At this time you can paint the boards or varnish them to give your environment a colorful or rustic detail, depending on what you like best. You can even use different shades of varnish to achieve a gradient effect with the same wood as the pallets. Unleash all your creativity!
3. Take the measurements of the wall you want to create the wainscoting on and cut out the pieces of wood.
Note: You can also paint the back wall a solid color before you lay down the boards so that in case there are any gaps, it looks neat, and adds a bit of color.
Also, some recommend laying down a plywood base before mounting the pallet boards. That way, you won’t be drilling as many holes in the wall.
4. Attach the boards to the wall with a drill and screws at each end; you can also use a nail gun. Work from the center out, row by row. Surely you will have to measure the free spaces that you have left, and cut the wood according to them.
