How to clear negative karma from your life

In itself, karma is energy, like everything that exists. It is the energy of action (in Sanskrit it means action) that although it is not in itself positive or negative, it can lead to suffering or well-being.

Karma reminds us that each one of us directs his life according to the actions and decisions he makes; and that everything we do, positively or negatively, brings results. According to this, virtuous actions that vibrate with the energy of love and respect are known as dharma and those related to suffering, karma.

If at this moment you feel that you are carrying a heavy load on your back that makes it difficult for you to move forward, karma can be reduced through internal and spiritual work. Lighter, the trip can be more enjoyable and go even further. Do not you believe it?

1. Recognize what situations and people have to teach you

Although things may become difficult or be different from the ideal you would like, everything has something to teach you. Take each learning and assimilate it. That will be the key to your own spiritual evolution.

2. Learn that sometimes it is wiser to be silent

It’s not always good to talk. If you are silent you will learn the power and weight that words have. Use them with conscience and respect. Don’t say just to say; do it with empathy, without hurting.

3. Focus on what is good for you

Seek that everything around you is, fundamentally, positive. Choose to surround yourself with people with a good heart, situations that allow you to learn and good vibrations for you.

4. Forgive, let go, release

Resentment, hatred, envy, jealousy, etc. are emotions that only generate bad energy within you. Choose to forgive those who have hurt you and even yourself. Let go of what has already been and trust that the best is yet to come. You will feel much more relieved.

5. Formulate your ideas positively

Ideas and thoughts don’t just remain abstract in your mind. The way you choose to tell yourself everything that happens to you and surrounds you configures, in a certain way, the way you later understand everything. Therefore, if you try to stay positive, you will possibly attract everything good to you, because you are already open and receptive to it.

6. Maintain respect and love towards yourself and what surrounds you

Build towards yourself and towards others, always from love and respect. Seek to reduce attitudes or thoughts that harm you or others. Also, propose to do everything from the sincere dedication, and not from the sacrifice. Don’t expect anything back. Trust in what you give, in the Universe and in yourself. The good will find you if you deliver with love and without conditions.
