The promoter of this habit was Anthony William, also known as the medical medium. He started sharing all about the benefits of pure celery juice on our health, recounting his experience drinking it when he was a child.

One of the essential tips that the specialist provides on his blog is the importance of drinking celery juice -ideally organic- on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before breakfast.

To prepare it, you will need:

– Celery

– Blender or juicer

– Water (necessary amount)

Process:

1. Cut all the previously washed celery into pieces.

2. Take everything to the blender or juicer (if you do it in a blender, add very little water).

3. If you did it in a blender, use a strainer or cloth bag (the same one you use for vegetable milk) and filter the fiber.

Clever! You can consume it up to 24 hours after preparing it, although it is recommended to take it freshly made.
