1. Sift the flour, starch and 10 grams of cocoa. Add the sugar, salt, yeast and bicarbonate and mix with the help of a spatula. Meanwhile, preheat the oven.
2. Melt the margarine in a bain-marie and mix it with the water and the dry ingredients.
3. Fill a donut mold with the dough and bake for 10 or 15 minutes at 180ยบ.
4. When you remove the mold from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and turn it out on a wire rack.

1. Heat the water, sugar, cream, vanilla essence and the remaining 20 grams of cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. When the sauce starts to boil, add the chopped chocolate. Stir so that there are no lumps.
3. You can let the glaze cool in the fridge, and heat it in a bain-marie when covering the donuts.
4. Sprinkle almonds on top before the chocolate is solid.
