An anagram is a word that is formed by rearranging the letters of another word. Some country anagrams are: Argentina/tangerine, Lebanon/albino.

- of letters. They conform when the same letters are used, but in a different order. For example: magnet – peanut – mine.
- of words. Two or more words are extracted from a word, whose letters have the order altered. For example: cod – finish it.
