Ingredients:
– 6 ears of corn
– 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
– 3 cups of cold water
– 1 liter of coconut milk (see recipe below)
Preparation:
Clean the corn well and put it in the blender along with three cups of coconut milk. Once it is well mixed, cook it over low heat, until the mixture thickens. Let it rest for a few minutes and then store it in the fridge for at least an hour.
Once cool, put it back in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Add ice and enjoy your fresh corn juice!
Making this vegetable milk is super simple. Peel the coconut until only the white pulp remains. Cut it into small pieces and put it in the blender along with a liter of hot water (before boiling). Beat until well blended and let cool. Then strain the mixture.
