The avocado or avocado is a fruit that, due to the great nutritional value of its pulp, is highly recommended in vegetarian diets. Although it is often used in savory recipes, it is not exclusive! With this recipe you can also add all the properties of avocado to your desserts, combining its texture with the delicious flavor of chocolate. Dare to innovate!
Ingredients
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
-1/3 cup of honey
– 3/4 cup of milk (know how to prepare vegetable milk)
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Optional to accompany and decorate:
-1 tablespoon of almonds or walnuts
-Mint leaves
Preparation
1. Open the avocados or avocados in half and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon.
2. Blend or process the pulp together with the cocoa, honey, milk and vanilla until you obtain a creamy preparation.
3. Pour into glasses or glass containers (you can reuse jam containers, for example).
4. Refrigerate until very cold.
5. Decorate with laminated almonds or chopped nuts and a few mint leaves. You can also grate some dark chocolate on top.
6. Serve it the same day, since if you keep it it will taste slightly bitter.
