3 movements to reduce wrinkles and fight aging without even stopping

The face is made up of muscles just like any other part of our body. For this reason, just as exercises can help tone other areas such as the arms, legs or abdomen, they can also make the skin of the face look tighter and younger. The key is to take a few minutes to do some local, specific movements that you don’t even have to get up for.

1. Cheeks

Performing this movement consistently helps strengthen the cheek muscles, especially in cases of wrinkles and sagging in the middle part of the face.

  • Draw a smile without showing your teeth. Pronounce your lips outward, as if you want to make them look fuller. Do not break the smile while doing the whole exercise as it will help you tense the muscles.
  • Try to smile with the corners of your mouth and slightly pull up the muscles of your cheeks.
  • Now put your index fingers above the corners of the mouth and press firmly. Slide them until you reach the cheekbones.
  • Keep up the pressure. With your fingertips, lift the muscles upward toward the corners of your eyes. When you reach the top of the cheekbones, press firmly and hold for 20 seconds.
  • Relax.

2. Eyebrows

This is an exercise to reduce wrinkles on the eyelids and raise the eyebrows.

  • Draw a smile on your face. Force your eyes open by gently but firmly squeezing three fingertips of each hand below the eyebrows.
  • Try to frown downward, exerting a force against your fingers.
  • Close your eyelids and turn your eyeball toward the top of your head.
  • Hold for 20 seconds, inhaling and exhaling calmly.
  • grate it

3. Upper lip

This is an exercise to smooth the upper lip and strengthen the sagging cheeks.

  • Smiling, open your mouth as if you want to say a big “O.”
  • Fold your upper lip over your teeth and smile by raising your cheek muscles.
  • Place your index fingers on the upper part of the cheeks, under the eyes.
  • Relax. Breathe.
  • Smile again using the corners of your mouth, as if you want to push the muscles up. Repeat this 10 times.
